Overview
The Russian Government Funding programme is a well-financed and highly competitive scheme, funded by the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education. It welcomes Indian citizens to study the leading Russian universities (except for Lomonosov Moscow State University and MGIMO). Successful applicants can select courses in English or Russian and take a one-year language preparation course if required.
Eligibility
To qualify, applicants must:

• Completed, or currently be enrolled in a secondary education program (undergraduate).
